Order Processing & Production

Most Shyfox Collectables products are made to order, with production beginning after payment is received.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Production times may vary due to order volume, material availability, equipment maintenance, or unexpected delays. Shipping time is separate from production time.

For large orders or specific deadlines, please contact us before ordering. Rush requests may involve additional fees, and deadlines are only guaranteed when expressly confirmed in writing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact Shyfox Collectables as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations. Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

Changes may be accommodated before production begins. Cancellations approved before production begins may qualify for a full refund. Once production starts, changes or cancellations may be declined or subject to additional charges or partial refunds based on work completed and costs incurred.

Changes to approved 3D-printing service projects may require revised pricing or timelines.

Shyfox Collectables may decline or cancel orders due to production limitations, safety concerns, licensing issues, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment. If we cancel an order for reasons unrelated to a customer violation, the unfulfilled portion will be refunded, subject to applicable law.

Gift Cards, Discounts & Promotions

Digital Gift Cards: Delivered by email, gift cards never expire and retain unused balances. They cannot be reloaded, purchased using discounts, or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Multiple gift cards may be combined for eligible purchases.

Unused gift cards may qualify for refunds. Partially used gift cards are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Discounts & Promotions: Offers may have expiration dates, eligibility requirements, and exclusions. Discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards, and promotional codes generally must be applied at checkout.

Approved refunds are based on the amount actually paid, with gift card payments generally returned to the original gift card balance. All purchases remain subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Shyfox Collectables currently ships within the United States. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping begins after production is complete. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please contact us immediately if an address needs correcting.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking information.

We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps, including carrier claims when applicable.

For damaged orders, please retain the item and original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns & Final Sales

Most Shyfox Collectables products are made to order and considered final sale. Custom, personalized, and customer-specific purchases are generally non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Ready-to-ship items follow the return eligibility stated in their product listings.

Individual and Batch 3D Printing services are generally non-refundable once production begins. Reprints resulting from customer-provided file errors or requested changes may incur additional charges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs.

Keep the item and original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, reprint, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund.

Normal 3D-printing characteristics, such as layer lines, seams, and minor color or surface variations, are not considered defects.

Approved Returns & Refunds

All returns require prior authorization. Return instructions will be provided when approved.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a damaged or defective item.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Gift card payments are returned to the applicable gift card balance. Processing times may vary.

3D-Printed Product Information

Each Shyfox Collectables product is individually 3D printed, making slight variations in appearance, dimensions, and finish normal.

Layer lines, seams, support marks, and minor surface imperfections are natural characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects when they do not significantly affect the product.

Colors may vary between filament batches, lighting, and screens. Specialty filaments, including multicolor, gradient, and silk varieties, may produce unique patterns that differ from product photographs.

Product Safety & Intended Use

Collectables — Ages 13+ — Not Toys

Unless otherwise stated, Shyfox Collectables products are intended for ages 13 and older and are sold as collectables, not toys.

Products may contain small, pointed, articulated, or breakable parts that present choking or injury hazards. Keep away from young children and pets. Do not use for teething, food contact, or other unintended purposes.

Handling & Care

Handle products gently. Excessive force, bending, twisting, or dropping may cause breakage. Discontinue use if damaged.

Avoid excessive heat, open flames, hot vehicles, and prolonged direct sunlight, which may cause warping or deformation.

Functional & Custom Prints

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our products and 3D-printing services are not tested or certified for medical, safety-critical, structural, food-contact, electrical, automotive, high-temperature, or other regulated applications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their submitted designs, materials, and specifications are suitable for their intended use. We reserve the right to decline unsafe or unsuitable projects.

Products should be used only as intended. To the extent permitted by law, Shyfox Collectables is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

3D-Printing Services

Shyfox Collectables offers Individual and Batch 3D Printing using customer-provided, print-ready STL or 3MF files.

All projects require review and approval before production. Pricing and timelines are quoted individually based on file suitability, materials, size, complexity, and quantity.

We provide printing services only, not original 3D modeling, CAD design, engineering, significant file repairs, or product certification. Customers are responsible for accurate files, specifications, and intended use.

Batch projects may require sample approval. Changes after approval may result in additional charges or delays. Production deadlines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to decline projects outside our capabilities or involving safety, legal, or licensing concerns. See our Customer-Provided Files & Intellectual Property policy.

Customer-Provided Files & Intellectual Property

Customers must own or have appropriate permission to reproduce submitted 3D models, including authorization for third-party printing, commercial use, and requested quantities. Purchasing or downloading a model does not automatically grant these rights.

Submitted files remain the property of their respective rights holders. Shyfox Collectables may process files solely to review, quote, and fulfill printing requests. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, final files and specifications.

We reserve the right to request proof of licensing or decline projects involving unclear permissions or potential intellectual property violations. Shyfox Collectables does not verify legal ownership or provide licensing advice.

Designer Credit & Licensed Models

Shyfox Collectables proudly supports independent 3D model designers and provides creator credit in product listings whenever applicable.

Licensed Models: Third-party designs are printed and sold under applicable commercial licenses or permissions. Shyfox Collectables is the authorized printer and seller, not the original designer, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property: All digital models, characters, trademarks, and associated rights remain with their respective owners. Designer licensing does not automatically grant rights to third-party intellectual property.

Digital Files: Purchasing a physical collectable does not include ownership of or access to its digital model. We do not distribute third-party model files without authorization.

Product availability may change if licensing permissions expire or are modified.
