These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of shyfoxcollectables.com and the products and services offered by Shyfox Collectables LLC (“Shyfox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, placing an order, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
Website Use
Our website is intended for lawful personal and shopping purposes.
You may not misuse our website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, or violate the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and service requests when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, safety concerns, legal restrictions, or other fulfillment issues.
Products & 3D Printing
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, and pricing.
Because our products are 3D printed, minor layer lines, seams, surface variations, and differences in color or finish are normal and do not necessarily indicate defects.
Unless otherwise specified, our collectables are intended for display purposes and are not toys. Please review individual product listings for applicable care and safety information.
We may correct product information, adjust pricing, or modify availability as necessary, subject to applicable law.
Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to payment authorization, availability, and our ability to fulfill them.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, payment, and shipping information.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and applicable fees are displayed during checkout.
If we cancel an order after payment, any refund due will be handled according to applicable law and our posted policies.
Processing, Shipping & Returns
Most products are made to order. Production estimates, shipping information, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are addressed in our Policies & Information and applicable product listings.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Shyfox may offer digital gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers.
Our gift cards do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards, discounts, and promotions may have additional eligibility requirements or restrictions.

3D Printing Services
Shyfox currently offers:
Individual 3D Printing — Printing customer-provided, print-ready models.
Batch 3D Printing — Producing multiple copies of customer-provided models, subject to production capacity.
We do not currently provide original 3D modeling, CAD design, engineering, reverse engineering, file repair, significant model modifications, product testing, or certification.
Minor print-preparation adjustments, such as orientation, supports, and slicer settings, may be made when necessary.
Service requests are subject to review and acceptance based on feasibility, materials, scheduling, safety, and other production requirements.
Customers are responsible for verifying their files, dimensions, specifications, and intended use. Pricing and project details will be established before an accepted service request proceeds.
We may decline projects that are unsafe, unlawful, technically infeasible, or outside our capabilities.
Customer-Provided Files & Licensing
By submitting a model, STL/3MF file, image, design, or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the requested printing.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable copyrights, trademarks, licenses, and other intellectual-property restrictions.
Personal-use licenses do not automatically authorize commercial printing, reproduction, or resale.
We may request proof of permission or decline projects when appropriate rights cannot be established.
Submitting a file does not transfer its ownership to Shyfox. Our handling of submitted materials is also described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Shyfox's original branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Shyfox Collectables LLC.
Models and designs created by independent artists remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Where applicable, Shyfox produces physical collectables under permission or licensing from their designers.
Purchasing a physical product does not grant ownership or reproduction rights to its underlying digital model or design.
Unauthorized commercial use of protected website content is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services & Privacy
Our website operates through Squarespace and may use third-party providers for payments, shipping, communications, and other business functions.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Optional promotional communications may be offered subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Website Availability & Disclaimers
We work to keep our website accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for any express warranties we provide.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shyfox Collectables LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customer Responsibility & Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify Shyfox Collectables LLC against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from their unlawful activities, material violations of these Terms, or unauthorized use of submitted materials.
This does not apply to claims caused by Shyfox's own acts or omissions or where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida and the United States, except where other laws must apply.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our business, services, or legal requirements change.
Revisions will be posted here with an updated date and will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms, together with our applicable policies, product information, and any specific written service agreements, form the applicable agreement between Shyfox and our customers.
Specific written terms agreed upon for an individual transaction will govern that transaction if they conflict with these general Terms.
